Perhaps you are revising your manuscript now, and you need a second pair of eyes. Maybe you are discovering the story you need to tell. At any point in your writing process, I’ll be glad to act as your writing coach, encouraging, supporting, and guiding you in your work. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Karen is a careful, thoughtful and insightful reader.  She has a brilliant way of holding a mirror to a piece of work, her extensive comments and questions revealing the glimmers and flaws in a story.  Karen manages to guide one through one's own landscape, leading the writer to hidden places that encourage a deeper knowledge of character and relationship.

Editing and Coaching School and Library Visits
I’d be delighted to visit your school or library.  For larger audiences, I typically discuss my experience as a writer, then follow up with a question-and-answer session.  For individual classes, I’ll gladly conduct a creative writing workshop.  For smaller groups of aspiring writers of any age who have also read Dream Journal, I’ll lead a discussion of my book, and then we’ll hash out what it means to pursue writing as a way of life.  Or . . . I’ll be glad to adapt the content of my visit to your needs.  Please feel free to contact me for more specific information.
